Sacred Cacao
Over many years of inner alchemy, I have learned to follow my soul’s guidance in order to feel alive, trust the magic of my work and life, discover my unfolding purpose, move through emotions, and foster pure creation energy. And, Ceremonial Cacao has been my companion through these years of transformation.
Today, I create intentional space to commune with Ceremonial Cacao, an ancient medicine from the heart of the earth that fosters a loving sensation in the body. Through ceremony—and in collaboration with my ancestors—I share stories and hold space for rest, remembrance, recalibration, reconnection, and emergence.
In a Sacred Cacao Ceremony, I guide you through an experience of softness in order to hear vital messages from your soul and allow your next best steps to surface. During a session, we sit with a ceremonial dosage of the medicine, which I have learned to prepare directly from Mayan guides. I’ve received the permissions necessary by a counsel of spiritual leaders to hold Cacao rituals with the elements of the Maya tradition.
A ceremony most typically includes energy cleansing, thematic storytelling, simple breath work, a meditative visualization journey, sharing and witnessing, and journaling. I listen closely for real time guidance to ensure all feel welcome to explore emotions, receive messages, and allow expansion.
My Cacao ceremonies are designed for creatives, visionaries, healers, and leaders who may be moving through transformation, wrestling with uncertainty, requiring a reset, and interested in detecting the soul’s voice from all the voices within. Cacao ceremonies are also designed for teams to reinvigorate their bonds, move through organizational pivots and recalibrations, make meaning from past projects and explore new endeavors, and rest in the knowing that they’re exactly where they’re meant to be.
Ceremonies are beautifully aligned with individual mentorship sessions to integrate what has come to the surface. Cacao ceremony and mentorship is a mindfulness practice and wellness benefit that positively impacts the culture at work while helping individuals root into ways to manage anxiety and emotions, understand values, feel seen and supported, and boost morale.

The soul speaks through an inner voice which is the calm and all-knowing wisdom that surfaces from within when you get quiet and listen. It simplifies complex blocks, holds you through change, connects you to creation energy, and guides your purpose.
My work with the soul’s voice emerged through deep awareness, through traversing the climate of my emotional body, and through a reconnection with my lineage and ancestors, who guided me to the heart opening plant medicine, Ceremonial Cacao, a 100% pure paste prepared to Mayan methods for centuries.
I followed this path and remembered my wholeness over multiple years of deep self-study and lessons with more than a hundred guides, mentors, and spiritual teachers. I developed a deep bench of modalities that help me transmute pain into power, trust myself above all external inputs, welcome in change and pivots, and arrive to a new version of myself in every moment.
