Soul Leadership
Over many years of inner alchemy, I have learned to follow my inner guidance or soul in order to move through emotions, develop self-awareness, trust the flow and abundance of life, self-heal major trauma, attune to an unfolding purpose, foster creation energy, and actualize inspired ways of living and working.
This is Soul Leadership and it unfolds in the emergent space between moving toward innovation while rooting into the multidimensional nature of your soul.
Soul Leadership centers abundance, ease, self-trust, collective care, and compassion in order to meet the emerging needs of conscious business and new paradigm living. Soul Leaders allow the most integrated self (the soul) to lead in life and work. Soul Leaders choose to walk The Self-Love Path of (a) self-awareness, (b) self-healing, and (c) self-actualization. This path allows you to repair relationships, discover that purpose is ever-unfolding, and welcome each opportunity as an invitation to come into your fullest expression.
Even after presciently pursuing the bleeding edges of new technologies across retail, e-commerce, hospitality, travel, and non-profits—I heard a call to return to my roots, reconnect with my lineage, study indigenous wisdom, confer with my soul, and allow the past and the new to merge and emerge, collaboratively.
I now bridge ancient and modern practices into a new category of leadership—it’s called Soul Leadership.
As a Soul Leader, I bring lightning shifts to work, infuse energy and authenticity into life, and offer a path to transformation long-desired by all sweet souls.
Soul Leadership emerges through cosmic design systems, contemplative practices, active healing, and sensory skills that we have long diminished. Once you engage with or re-engage with these practices and skills, you cultivate harmony between all the voices within, allowing the most integrated soul to power your mission and magic.
Along my path to Soul Leadership, a deep perspective shift dropped in.
I was able to attune to my own soul’s voice and receive it’s original wisdom that instantly cleared deep wounds and blocks.
I was able to understand relationship dynamics with objectivity, learning soul lessons from every interaction in work and life.
And I was able to witness repeating patterns of harm and trauma, to release them or make meaning of them, a kind of meaning that helps you move from field of soul.
I now blend all this lived experience wisdom and hard-earned spiritual growth into a paradigm for Soul Leadership to help creatives, visionaries, healers, and leaders heal and bring their most authentic selves to work, life, and art.
Soul Leadership may not be the easy way. It is far easier to continue to live in scarcity, to continue to pursue profit over purpose, to continue to focus on separation and money alone over prosperity for all, compassion, and unity.
But the new earth, the next iteration of the systems and structures that are evolving on this planet, require your whole and most integrated self, your soul.
In fact, it’s likely that you have been called upon to design the new earth and if you hear that call, leading from your soul’s power is a foundational requirement, period.

Managed Winston Flowers’ three-acre garden center, flower shop, and home store, leading P&L and vision for largest retail outlet, with annual revenues of $4M where I was personally responsible for generating $500K in sales over previous year in first year
