A luxury vacation rental business with properties in Paris, Provence and Tuscany, which has since expanded to England and much of Italy
At Haven in Paris, I directed all operations, sales, guest experience, and marketing disciplines.
From an operational perspective, I was responsible for hiring and training managers, cleaners, and various assistants for 30 properties in Paris, Provence, and Tuscany. I maintained apartment high capacity during the busiest months in Paris (often as close as 95%) and put several programs in place during low season to generate guests.
