I focus on listening and reflecting what feels most aligning with questions and stories from my own experience and expansion. As a ritualist, I can also guide individuals through stacking tiny inspired actions or “rituals” around particular intentions; this allows them to celebrate the sacred, create energy around an intention, and foster personal evolution.
