I live and work on the ancestral and present-day lands of the Tewa-speaking Pueblo peoples—the Pojoaque, Tesuque, Nambé, and San Ildefonso Nations—with gratitude to those in this and all dimensions. The language of the heart of the sky and the heart of the earth comes from Mayan cosmology—Uk'u'x Kaj, Uk'u'x Ulew—a living tradition my ancestors called me back to, which I have studied with devotion for five+ years. I honor all my teachers and guides, including those of my Mayan lineage.
