The Path
This work moves through four living stages — not a menu, not a program, but a path that spirals and deepens over time. You enter where you are. You move at the pace your Soul sets. And each stage holds you differently, because each stage asks something different of you.
I know this path because I walked it. Fourteen years ago, my life came apart and my Soul and ancestors began to speak — through Ceremonial Cacao, through the Mayan Sacred Calendar, through the voices of those who came before me. I didn't plan any of this. I listened, and it led me home.
What I've built here is the path I walked, made visible so you can walk it too.
Hearing — The doorway
You're catching whispers — a knowing, a sensing, a feeling you can't explain and don't fully trust.
Something inside you is speaking. You might call it intuition, or a pull, or just a restlessness that won't resolve. Maybe it's been speaking for years. Maybe it just started. The mind says ignore it. The body says pay attention. You're caught between the two.
You don't need to understand it yet. You just need someone who can confirm what you're hearing is real.
That is my most direct gift. In an ancestral mediumship session, I open the field and your ancestors, spirit guides, and departed loved ones come forward. Becoming — The crossing

This is the stage that lights me up most. This is where I hold space for you to finally believe you are what you already are. Not by telling you — by creating the conditions where you feel it in your own body, where you can't un-know it.
The Sacred Bridge Ceremonies are where this happens. These are deep ceremonial experiences — online and in person — that move beyond listening and into embodiment. Through Cacao, Kundalini activation, somatic work, sound journey, and ancestral transmission, the ceremonies help you cross from knowing about your gifts to actually living inside them. You don't leave the same person you arrived as.

Offering — The gift
Now that you know what you are, you bring it to the world — your work, your practice, your contribution. The gift completes itself by being given.
There comes a point where the inner work isn't just for you anymore. Your Soul has something it wants to bring through you and into the world — a practice, a business, a calling, a way of being that serves others. The gift that was given to you asks to be given by you.
This stage is about building the vessel for that gift. Sacred and practical. The Soul and the spreadsheet. The devotion and the invoice. I know this intersection because I live in it — I am a medium and a ceremonialist who is also a 30-year entrepreneur. The mystical and the operational have never been separate for me, and they don't have to be for you.

There was a moment—
I remember it well — I was on the phone with my therapist, about four months before my marriage of twenty years finally began to come undone — when I said something aloud that changed everything.
I said, "I don't think relationships are meant to be this hard. I don't think life is meant to be this hard."
And this was the moment when my body finally heard what my Soul had been saying through all the losses — both of my parents, gone within a year of each other. Through the years of effort poured into my work, my marriage, myself. Through all the healing, the pushing, and the trying again.
Something in me finally felt the truth. It wasn't defeat. It was recognition.
That was the beginning of my own Hearing. I'd been talking to my Soul for a while by then. Doing the inner work. Getting out into nature. Sitting with what wanted to come through. But saying it aloud — letting my body receive it — that was the moment the confirmation arrived.
What followed was the slow walk through every stage I've just described. I listened, and then I found others — teachers, guides, a lineage that called me back. I gathered. I stopped wondering if I was what I sensed I was and started being it. I became. And eventually I began to offer it — this work, this community, this path — not because I had a business plan, but because the gift asked to be given.
I built The Altar because I needed it first. And because I know I am not the only one who has stood at that wall, exhausted, wondering if it was always supposed to feel this hard.
It wasn't. And it doesn't have to.
