Kundalini Transmission Sound Journey

A sound journey to flow with your own life force, one on one

Kundalini Transmission Sound Journey

2 Hours · Held on Zoom, or in my private studio in Santa Fe, NM

There is a river running through you.

You cannot see it or taste it or hold it in your hands, and yet it is the reason you are alive. It moves your breath without asking. It turns food into blood, blood into warmth, warmth into the thought you are having right now. Every tradition that has ever noticed it has given it a name—Chi, Qi, Prana, Kundalini, raw life force. They are all pointing at the same river.

And a river does not move at one speed along its whole length.

In places it runs wide and free. In others it slows, or narrows, or pools and goes still—held back by what has gathered there over time. The grief we had to move through faster than we were ready for. The armor we built young and wore well. The inheritance that came down the line long before we had any say in it. Not one of these is a flaw in you. Each one was protection, and it worked, and it simply stayed on longer than the danger did.

You may already know where your own river slows. Most people do, even without language for it. It can feel like guidance you can nearly hear. Like a gift you keep circling and cannot quite lay your hands on. Like the sense that something in you is waiting.

This work does not force the river anywhere. It creates spaciousness—room in the body and the field—so the river can move more freely again, at its own pace, toward the places it has been trying to reach all along.

What This Is

A Kundalini Transmission is an activation of your own energetic field—your life force, awakened and gently moved, so that what has been held can loosen and what has gone quiet can rise.

You lie down. Music carries you. I open the field, meet your frequency, and work through your energy centers—softening what is dense, warming what is dim, following what is asking to move today.

I want to be precise about the exchange happening here, because it matters: I am not giving you energy. I am not healing you. The energy is already yours. It has always been yours. My work is to hold a field clear and steady enough that your own life force can rise, and to stay with you—unhurried, undisturbed by whatever moves—while it does.

More than anything else this work does, it builds nervous system resilience. Each time your body moves a charge it has been holding, and finds that it is safe, and finds that it can come back down again—your capacity widens. Your system learns it can hold more without bracing. That is the quiet, cumulative medicine underneath every dramatic experience anyone has ever described to me, and it is the one I care about most.

This is the same work that lives inside the Kundalini Transmissions in The Altar. Here, it is only you. Your field, your nervous system, your questions, your timing—nothing shared, nothing shortened.

Between the heart of the sky and the heart of the earth, your Soul is the bridge. This is one of the ways I know to make room on that bridge.

The Medicine

Everyone receives this differently, and I will never tell you in advance what your body will do. But I can tell you what I have witnessed, again and again, in this work.

A settling that stays. Bliss, some call it. More often it arrives as something quieter—a sense of being at home in yourself, of belonging to your own life, of being connected to All. It does not always end when the music does. It can hold for days.

Release through the body. What we hold is held in tissue, not only in memory, and the body knows how to let it go when it is finally given room. Shaking. Trembling. Movement that arrives without decision. Tears that have been waiting years for a space quiet enough to fall into.

Clarity, and then action. So many people arrive knowing exactly what they need to do and unable to move toward it. When there is more room in the field, the knowing and the courage tend to arrive together.

A widening of what you can perceive. Higher states of consciousness. Visions. Messages. Insight that does not feel like thinking.

Loosening of what no longer belongs to you. Patterns. Beliefs. Attachments you have tried to reason your way out of, which turn out to have been living somewhere reason cannot reach.

Remembrance. Your Soul's gifts opening, or opening again. Past lives surfacing. The sense—sudden, undeniable—that you have known how to do this all along.

A steadier system. Less bracing. More room before the flinch. This one is rarely the story anyone tells afterward, and it is very often the thing that changed.

And this, which I say to everyone: there are no guarantees, because you do not receive what you want. You receive what you need. This work is from the Divine Mother. She has never once consulted my preferences, or yours, about the order of things.

Sometimes the medicine is enormous. Sometimes it is so subtle you only recognize it three weeks later, when you notice you have stopped doing something you have done your whole life.

Both are the work.

How I Hold You

I received this frequency—Shakti Kundalini, which also awakens the Christ Sophia consciousness within—through my teacher, Iva Kelsey Phillips, and through my own embodiment of it. I do not believe it can be transmitted any other way. You cannot hold open a door you have not walked through.

But the study of the frequency is only half of what I bring to your session.

The other half comes from more than a decade of stillness—sitting in the Soul field not only with my own energy but with another's, learning over years to feel where something is dense, where it is asking to move, where it must not be touched yet. That is what lets me work with you rather than on you. I can feel where things wish to move in your body, and I follow that rather than any plan of my own.

Before we meet, I read what you have written on your intake and feel into the energy you are carrying. The sound is not a backdrop to this work—it is one of the instruments of it. Over years I have been cultivating a collection of sound journeys, each one holding a different energy of a life: grief, awakening, the storm that clears, the long return to rest. I choose the one your season calls for, and I shape and refine it for you—so that what meets your body when you lie down is already tuned to where you are.

And I titrate. This is the word I want you to hold onto. I meet what is moving and I regulate the pace of it—opening when there is capacity, slowing when there is not, staying close to the edge of your window without ever pushing you over it. I will not take you further than your system can integrate, and I will not pull for catharsis because catharsis makes a better story. You will never be forced to release anything.

If something enormous rises, I know how to hold it. If nothing rises, that is also complete, and I will not let you leave believing you did it wrong.

This is not a class. It is ceremony. There is no rush in it.

The Shape of Our Time Together

We speak first. Before anything else, we open the ceremony together and talk briefly—what you are carrying, what is asking for attention, anything moving in your life right now that I should hold as I work. This is short, and it matters. It sets the intention for everything that follows.

Then you lie down.

If we are meeting on Zoom, you will lie down wherever your body can fully let go—a mat, a rug, your own bed. Choose comfort over correctness.

If you are coming to my private studio in Eldorado in Santa Fe, New Mexico, you will lie down on a mat and sheepskin, propped with pillows and blankets as your body needs them.

Palms open to receive, the way you would rest in savasana. Eyes closed.

Then the music begins, and the journey begins with it. I open the field and connect with your frequency, bringing intention to your energy centers and moving what wants to move, at the pace your system can hold.

You may feel spontaneous movement. You may want to sing, cry, shake, laugh, dance, or speak in a language you have never learned. You may feel heat, or tingling through your arms and hands, or pressure at the third eye. You may go so far inward that nothing moves at all on the outside while everything moves within.

All of it is allowed. All of it is held. There is no wrong way to receive this, as long as you are being honest with yourself about what is actually happening in you.

We speak again at the close. When the music completes, I guide you back slowly. We sit together briefly—you speak if you want to speak—and I offer you what I am receiving for your integration: what this is asking of you next.

And I stay available. For the first several days after your session, I remain reachable. Things surface in that window—a dream, a wave of emotion, a symptom, a knowing that arrives on the third morning. You do not have to hold it alone or wait until some next appointment. Write to me.

Preparing

If you have a practice—meditation, yoga, breath work—the day before or the morning of is a beautiful time to use it. A nourished nervous system opens more easily.

And if that instruction makes you tense, ignore it entirely. Arrive exactly as you are. That is also perfect.

In the days and hours before:

  • No alcohol, cannabis, or mushrooms for 24 hours prior. Come as sober and clear as you can.

  • If you have recently sat in a plant medicine ceremony, please allow at least a week before this work.

  • No caffeine within 4 hours prior to your session. Ceremonial Cacao is welcome, and encouraged, if you would like something warm to hold.

  • Fast from food for 2–3 hours before. Hydration is always fine. If you are nursing, or if your body simply needs something, eat lightly—fresh fruit.

  • Leave yourself room afterward. Do not schedule this against a meeting. Give yourself an open afternoon if you can.

A note on your health. My intake form will ask you about this, and I want to say plainly why. If you are working with a seizure disorder, an active psychiatric condition, a recent surgery, a pregnancy, or if you are in acute crisis right now, we will discuss it together before we decide to proceed. Not to screen you out—to make sure this feels right for you, and so that I can support you well inside it. Sometimes that conversation ends with us choosing a different season for this work, and that itself is good care.

Afterward: The Integration Is the Work

I will say this plainly, because it is the part most people skip: ninety percent of this work is integration.

What rises in a session is potent. It is your own raw life force, moving at a volume you may not be used to. What you do with it in the days that follow is what determines whether your life actually changes.

Go to the earth. Feet in the soil. A body of water, or a salt bath, or simply a long shower. The elements know how to help you land.

Hydrate deeply. Energy work burns through minerals faster than you would expect.

No alcohol or substances for at least 24 hours. They will dull what you just opened. This is not a rule about virtue; it is a rule about efficacy.

Expect sensitivity. You may feel raw, permeable, easily moved. This is not a setback. You are becoming sensitive enough to shed what has to go.

Expect the possibility of purification. A headache from the third eye opening or from pathways rewiring. A day of tiredness. A mild illness that moves through and clears.

Or expect the opposite entirely. Enormous energy. Creative surge. The need to dance, make, write, move. Use it. Do not sit politely on it.

Watch who arrives. In the days after a session, pay close attention to the people who cross your path and the timing of it. This is often where the guidance lands.

And then return to what came through. Revisit it. Ask what action it is asking of you in your actual life—the conversation to have, the thing to set down, the yes you have been withholding. Insight that never becomes action eventually becomes grief.

Reach out during this window if you need me. That is what it is for.

Your Sensitivity and Your Rhythm

Some people move dramatically—kriyas, spontaneous postures, the body arranging itself into shapes no one taught it. Others lie almost perfectly still and travel a very long way.

Neither is deeper. Neither is better. Please do not measure yourself against anyone else, or against anything you have watched on a screen.

Some bodies open to this frequency immediately. Some take time. Over sessions, as you meet this energy again and let it move in you, you will come to know your own way with it—how it arrives for you, how to reach for it on your own, how it wants to live in your particular vessel.

As for how often: there is no maximum and no such thing as overdoing it. Weekly, if that is what is moving. Monthly, if that is your rhythm. Once, if once is what your Soul came for.

Let your own knowing set the pace. That is, in the end, the whole practice.

Claiming Your Session

I hold only a small number of these sessions each month. This is deliberate—the work asks for spaciousness on my side as much as yours, and I have been guided to tend it slowly rather than often.

Upon making your reservation, read and fill in the intake form. It asks what I need to know—what you are carrying, what is moving in your body and your life, anything we should speak about before we decide together that this is right for you. I read every one myself, and I will come back to you personally.

If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 72 hours before our session, as I prepare energetically for this.

If you are unsure whether this is yours right now, simply email me at hello@maggiebattista.com. I would rather tell you honestly that this is not your season than take you into a room you were not called into.

But if you have read this far and something in your body has been quietly saying yes the whole time—that is worth listening to. That is the river, asking for room.

And so it is—Maltiox, Maltiox, Maltiox.

With gratitude to my teacher, Iva Kelsey Phillips, who carried this frequency to me.

“My session with Maggie was nothing short of miraculous. Her Kundalini energy work pulled out a great deal of emotional trauma that was stuck in my throat. I only wished the session had been longer so I could reap the enormous benefits of working with Maggie. Her big heart and caring presence allowed me to relax deeply with a feeling of safety and security that is hard to find in this world. I highly recommend working with her whether you just need an energetic tuneup or are dealing with some severe blockages. I am certain that she can help. I am excited to see how I continue to integrate the wonderful work that we did together.”

— N.W.

“Maggie is a magical soul who provides transformational space, whether she is leading a Cacao ceremony, transmitting her Soul messages, or facilitating a Kundalini Activation session. I noticed immediate shifts in my mind, body, and energy, and created a deeper connection to my higher self, thanks to working with Maggie. Her sessions came at the right time and place on my journey, and I felt divinely guided in awakening the authentic spirit, purpose and power from inside me.”

— K.S.

“I had no idea what to expect from my Kundalini Activation session with Maggie and it was both more subtle and more powerful than I could have imagined. The energy was palpable and the force that Maggie helped awaken in me beautiful and formidable, yet the level of trust and security she brought to each moment allowed me to ride the waves of emotion feeling safe and held.  If you open yourself to these practices and put yourself in Maggie's magical, capable hands, this will be a profound experience.”
