Your Soul is the Bridge Retreat

An initiation into following the Soul and embodying your sacred gifts

A 3-day immersive gathering in Santa Fe, New Mexico

Limited seats to maintain the intimacy of the Soul field

You have felt it for a long time now. The pull. The knowing. The gift that has been moving through your life quietly, persistently, asking to be claimed.

Maybe you have already begun to answer the call. Maybe you have been circling it for years, sensing that something larger is waiting on the other side of your yes. Maybe you arrived here through the Summer Series, or through The Altar, or simply because the ancestors guided you to this page at exactly the right moment.

Wherever you are in the journey, this retreat is an invitation to go deeper. Not to just learn about being a sacred bridge—but to claim it. To step across the threshold, in community, over three extraordinary days, and commit to the devotional path your Soul has been calling you toward.

You'll leave with clarity about your gift, the language to name it, and the inner architecture to hold it with integrity, neutrality, and love.

Over three extraordinary days in the high desert of Santa Fe, you will move through a living initiation—Cacao, transmission, ancestral journey, and sacred council—held by the most potent energetic arc of the summer. Each morning opens with Ceremonial Cacao and a teaching transmission from Maggie, moves into a journey into the astral realm, and closes in a council circle where you share, witness, and receive guidance. The afternoons and evenings are yours—to walk the land, integrate the medicine, and let Santa Fe hold you between sessions. On the final day, what has moved through you across the weekend will speak. You will offer it aloud as a declaration of commitment to yourself, your devotional path, and the sacred gift your Soul has been asking you to claim.

About Maggie Battista

Maggie Battista is a Sacred Bridge, Soul Philosopher, and Ancestral Medium based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She works at the intersection of soul philosophy, ancestral wisdom, and sacred practice—where your Soul becomes your bridge to the field, your ancestors speak, and you emerge into the fullness of who you came here to be. She has been working with Ceremonial Cacao for over twelve years and received permissions from a council of spiritual leaders to hold Cacao rituals with elements of the Maya tradition, which is part of her own Honduran/Mayan lineage.

You may read her stories and audio transmissions in The Altar on Substack, a sacred online community where your Soul becomes your guide and your ancestors walk beside you.

Day 1: Purification & Truth

Friday, August 28, 2026—10 Tijax

10am to 2pm MDT

The Sacred Bridge—opening the container

10 Tijax carries the energy of the obsidian blade—purification, truth-telling, cutting through what no longer serves. We begin here, in the clarity of what is true. Maggie opens the three-day container with her full origin transmission—the story of being claimed by the gift before she had language for it, of following the ancestors across twelve to fifteen years of initiation, and of finally stepping fully into her identity as a Sacred Bridge. This is the living map. As you hear her story, you begin to recognize your own—the moments you couldn't explain, the people who found you, the knowing you have been quietly carrying. The day closes in council: sharing what is already moving, what is already true, what you are ready to release in order to receive.

10 Tijax—the obsidian blade cuts to truth, purifying the path ahead.

Day 2: Rebirth & Renewal

Saturday, August 29, 2026—11 Kawok

10am to 2pm MDT

The Call—recognizing, trusting, and following your Soul's direction

11 Kawok brings the storm that clears—the energy of rebirth, renewal, and the rain that makes everything possible. On this second day, we go into the heart of the Soul call. How do you know when something is yours to do? What does a Soul yes feel like versus fear, ego, or the needs of the person in front of you? Through lived stories—a single day when the ancestors found Maggie again and again—this session teaches discernment and emotional mastery as embodied practice, not concept. Following your Soul requires the ability to stay present and grounded in what is moving through you without being swept away by it. The council circle deepens: participants share their own stories of the call, witness each other's recognition, and receive guidance from Maggie and the ancestors together.

11 Kawok—the sacred storm arrives, washing everything clean for what is being reborn.

Day 3: Stepping Into the Sun

Sunday, August 30, 2026—12 Ajpu

10am to 2pm MDT

The Container—integrity, neutrality, and the art of devoted practice

12 Ajpu is the solar hero—the one who steps into the sun to be seen, fully and without apology. This closing day teaches the inner architecture that makes the sacred bridge work sustainable and clean over a lifetime: integrity, neutrality, and truth-telling. But underneath all of it is devotion. The relationship with your Soul and your ancestors is not a transaction. It is a living, breathing covenant—tended daily, not summoned occasionally. The channel stays clear only when you show up to it consistently: to the altar, to the silence, to the dream, to the ordinary moment that is never just ordinary. The day—and the retreat—closes in a witnessed circle of declaration. What emerged across these three days will speak through you. You will offer it aloud, to this community, as a commitment to yourself, your devotional path, and the calling your Soul has been holding for you all along.

12 Ajpu—the solar hero steps into the sun, fully seen, fully claiming the gift.

“Sitting in Cacao Circle with Maggie and others felt safe and magical. I felt more connected to myself and the other souls present. Maggie’s words of wisdom and storytelling gave me permission to provide grace and compassion towards my own soul’s voice and welcome in the depth of my own being.”

— L. F.

“Thank you for providing such a beautiful space for community, guidance, realization, and more. What has stayed with me? I think the ongoing connection to allowing me to be me without saving the world. Not exactly sure what that looks like except I know it is a journey.”

—L.D.

“My journeys with Ceremonial Cacao are not like other ceremonies. In Mayan traditions, they actually do not hold ceremonies with Cacao.

Instead, they make kotzij' (rituals) to offer reverence, intention, and gratitude to the heart of the earth (Cacao) and energies that create and support our reality, paving a path for our spiritual evolution.

My ancestors called me to Cacao and offered me a program that fosters an inner journey to retrieve parts of your Soul and reconcile or make peace within your ancestral lines.

In a Soul Journey, you will witness the rising of your own Soul’s wisdom so you may embody it and attract all that is meant for you in this lifetime.”

— Maggie Battista

“I just wanted to really thank you for this incredible experience.  I’m looking forward to seeing you again.”

—C.S.

“Thank you so much Maggie for a profound experience in the ‘Your Soul is the Bridge’ Ritual on Sunday.”

—E.A.

“I truly can’t believe how much has shifted for me since the Cacao Ceremony. It’s unbelievable how Cacao and my grandmother came to me at the right time to tell me to be ready for these shifts. I was blown away!”

—K.Y.
